Cerian Harries, Athletwraig o Fôn, wedi sicrhau nawdd wrth iddi anelu am y podiwm ym Mhencampwriaeth Byd DEKA 

Mae un o athletwyr addawol Cymru yn paratoi ar gyfer y llwyfan byd-eang, ac mae ganddi gefnogaeth leol sylweddol yn gefn iddi. 

Mae Achieve More Training yn falch o gyhoeddi eu bod yn noddi athletwraig elît o Fôn, Cerian Harries, a fydd lysgennad brand swyddogol wrth iddi baratoi ar gyfer Pencampwriaeth Byd DEKA yn Fort Lauderdale, Florida, ym mis Rhagfyr eleni.

Bydd Harries, sydd yn 8^fed yn y byd ar hyn o bryd, yn anelu i gyrraedd y podiwm yn y digwyddiad ffitrwydd byd-enwog. Mae’r wythnosau nesaf yn hanfodol, gyda chyfnod hyfforddi dwys yn cynnwys saith sesiwn yr wythnos yn Ffitrwydd Môn, Plas Arthur a Hardcore Gym. Mae hi’n hyfforddi dan arweiniad Jack Kelbrick, sylfaenydd Hybrid X, un o brif ddigwyddiadau ffitrwydd Gogledd Cymru.

Yn ogystal â’i hamcanion athletaidd, mae Harries yn gweithio’n llawn amser yn Ysbyty Gwynedd, gan wneud ei hymgais i berfformio ar lefel fyd-eang hyd yn oed yn fwy heriol. Bydd nawdd gan Achieve More Training yn ei chefnogi’n uniongyrchol gyda chostau hyfforddi a rasio, yn ogystal â chostau teithio a llety - gan ategu ymrwymiad y sefydliad i fusnesau lleol a chwaraeon ar Fôn.

Wrth adlewyrchu ar y gefnogaeth, dywedodd Harries: “Mae cystadlu ar y lefel hon yn mynnu ymroddiad llwyr. Rwyf yn awyddus i gynrychioli fy hun, yn ogystal â Chymru, hyd gorau fy ngallu ar lwyfan y byd, felly rwy'n gweithio'n hynod o galed ar hyn o'r bryd.”

Anglesey Athlete Cerian Harries Secures Sponsorship as She Targets DEKA World Championship Glory

One of Wales’ rising fitness talents is gearing up for the world stage and now she has major local backing behind her.

Achieve More Training are proud to announce its sponsorship of elite Anglesey athlete Cerian Harries, who will serve as an official brand ambassador as she prepares for the upcoming DEKA World Championships in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, this December.

Harries, currently ranked eighth in the world, is pushing for a podium finish at the globally recognised fitness event. The next few weeks are pivotal, with an intensive training schedule seeing her complete seven sessions per week across Ffitrwydd Môn, Plas Arthur, and Hardcore Gym. She trains under the guidance of Jack Kelbrick, founder of Hybrid X, one of North Wales’ premier fitness events.

Alongside her athletic ambitions, Harries works full-time at Ysbyty Gwynedd, making her pursuit of world-class performance even more demanding. The sponsorship from Achieve More Training will directly support her training and racing fees, travel costs, and accommodation, while also reinforcing the organisation’s commitment to local businesses and the sporting community on Anglesey.

Reflecting on the support, Harries said:
“Competing at this level requires dedication, consistency, and resilience. I am fully committed to my training, balancing demanding sessions with recovery and discipline, to ensure I represent myself, the local community, and Wales to the best of my ability on the world stage.

“I honestly can't thank Achieve More enough for supporting me on my journey to the DEKA World Champs. Knowing I have their support allows me to fully focus on representing Wales internationally, which I'm so proud of. I cannot wait to showcase all the hard work and tough training, and to make everyone who has believed in me proud.”
