The Level 2 Diploma in Gym Instructing aims to provide learners with the knowledge and skills that are needed to plan, deliver and supervise safe but effective exercise programmes within a gym or health club environment.

The Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training aims to develop a learners existing knowledge and skills to a professional level, enabling them to gain a deeper understanding into gym instruction and pursue a career in personal training.

Must have Level 2 Fitness/Gym Instructor or equivalent. Learn how to design, deliver and adapt personal training programmes including reflect & evaluate performance, motivating clients, anatomy & physiology and nutrition.
