Good News Story – Russell Evans

From Group Coaching to Personal Training: Russell Builds on His Coaching Experience

Russell Evans has successfully completed his Level 2 qualification and Level 3 Personal Training qualification with Achieve More Training, building on his existing coaching experience and developing the skills needed to support clients on a one-to-one basis.

Before starting his qualifications, Russell already had valuable experience as a wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coach. Through running his own club and regularly working with groups, he had developed strong foundations in coaching, communication and motivating others.

Personal Training presented Russell with an opportunity to broaden those skills and learn how to adapt his approach for individual clients. Throughout his qualifications, he developed his knowledge of fitness and strengthened his ability to plan and deliver support around a person’s individual needs and goals.

Chris Jones, Russell’s Tutor and Assessor at Achieve More Training, supported him as he progressed through both qualifications and developed his existing coaching experience further.

Russell’s journey demonstrates how vocational learning can help experienced coaches expand their knowledge, develop new skills and create further opportunities within the fitness industry.

Everyone at Achieve More Training would like to congratulate Russell on completing both qualifications. We wish him every success as he continues to use his coaching and Personal Training skills to support others.
